I leave myself in the verses.
Among better thoughts and worse
Let mine too lie down in the canvas.

They will cheer one on to do good,
Or push one toward a crime —
I propose to live,
And the consequences — later.

They will agree with me
Or they will condemn —
That is how it goes,
