I’ve been a guest enough. Time to remember honor.
A bow to the hosts —
They shared bread and home,
The goodness of their hearts.

One must not abuse,
Time to set out on the road,
So as not to disappoint.
May they see me off in peace.

One needs to know the bounds —
One’s own first, of course.
For someone more worthy in line
They are remaking my bed,

(A farewell sketch)
