Our two triangle-fates
Form the Star of David —
And such overlays happen in relations.
Not hatred in them, not jealousy and not disgust,
But faithfulness, love and ache coexist.
They do not rush to the peak at once,
Stumbling along the slope.
They wait for ecstasy
In the fullness of the ripe,
To stumble suddenly upon the beloved,
And by chance meet the dear one.
Your fantasies are unknown to me,
And what frames you keep to,
But in our geometric occasion
A wonderful morning came to pass.
