Permissiveness has still not gone out,
The pushy slogans will not fall silent:
“Do not punish your son, you are a democrat,
And do not wound him with unpleasant lectures.
Is a human not a brother to a human?
Do not overuse sharp spices in relations.
Morality is a prison,
So-called sins are true freedom,
Just so you know: there is no God,
And anarchy is our nature.”
Does vileness really bring us comfort?
Or maybe let the wise and God-fearing,
The resolute, but calm,
Let power be given to the measured?
Dictatorship is certainly evil,
But chaos too is a people’s misfortune.
