A mirror is meant to look at oneself,
And to watch the surroundings.
It tears bits of sun for someone,
Scares someone, and for someone — encouragement.

Mirrors are placed all around,
But one important one is mounted inside.
You look into it again and again,
You scan what is your own, hidden from others.

They cut paths,
The mirrors in the eyes,
They seek out differences
In friends and in enemies.
