462-7
A proud gait, but the eyes are glass —
Body language betrays him all the same.
He has reached success, victory — not yet.
He chooses a victim — he weighs it.
The rabble needs leaders
To be afraid of them —
On land, in the sky and on water
To train them to hold to discipline.
Morality is lacking— a stick is needed.
They will put the state and scepter in his hands.
But when the ruler bites too much —
They will take even him down from the throne.
