Peaceful settlers.
They call us “occupiers” —
The local natives.

There aren’t that many of them,
Empty territories.
We go to inhabit
Unplowed ruins
(Ravaged, in fact,
But better to forget that).

They kill us here,
The enemies of civilization.
That is why they drive the savages
Into camps-reservations.
