14-9
They don’t love us, for we are cattle,
perverts and executioners.
They fear us, obviously,
for such were the fathers and grandfathers.
We’ve tracked our mess across the planet
and through the years and centuries
on television, in the paper:
“We can do it again!”
They repeat it, oddly enough.
Evil sits in the chromosomes.
They feel no shame, no disgrace —
“They can do it again!”
